What happens when a workflow hits my cap?

It pauses and tells you. Not an error, not an overage charge. You'll have heard from us at 50 and 80 percent on the way there, and raising the cap is your call, not ours.

Do unused credits roll over?

One month, then they expire. A quiet month isn't wasted, and you're never sitting on a balance you feel obliged to burn.

Am I locked in?

No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime. Your workflows run to the end of the month you've paid for.

What counts as a connection?

A tool we plug into: Xero, Gmail, your calendar. Each workflow gets only the connections it needs, narrowed to specific actions, and that's enforced when it runs, not promised in a setting.

They're our launch starting point and they'll settle as we learn what things really cost. Whatever the numbers are, the table we publish is the table the product bills from.
