About
We build the workflows you'd rather never do by hand.
AI can genuinely take admin off a small business's plate. Most owners are getting left behind because every tool expects them to become the technician. We took that part on instead.
The gap isn't appetite. Owners know AI could help. The gap is that every tool built to deliver it hands them a builder and a blank canvas and expects them to wire up the steps themselves. Not many have a spare evening to become an automation engineer, so nothing gets built.
You describe the outcome in your own words. The builder turns it into a workflow and shows you the exact steps, what it can touch, and which steps draw credits, before anything runs. The parts that are rules run for free. The parts that need judgment are AI, disclosed as AI, inside the permissions you set. The calls you'd rather keep stay yours.
Not every job needs AI, and we'll say so when it doesn't. We'd rather set up one thing that clearly earns its place than sell you a platform.
Principles
Three things we won't compromise on.
We tell the truth.
If AI isn't the right answer, we say so. If a $10 tool works better than a $200 one, we recommend the $10 one. Trust is the one thing we can't replace.
Start small. Prove value.
We never recommend a big upfront investment. Start with one workflow. Let it earn its place first. Then expand. It should pay for itself before you add more.
Your business, your control.
AI works for you, not the other way around. Anything to a new customer or touching money waits for your OK. You see everything it does, in a ledger that reads like a bank statement. You can stop it anytime.
What we're not.
We're not a chatbot, and we're not another dashboard you have to check. We build workflows that do the work, show you everything they can touch, and stop at the spend cap you set.
Who's behind it

Mitch Hayes. 15 years on your side of the counter.
I spent 15 years running small businesses in Australia: cafes and coffee roasters mostly, with stints in personal training, business consulting and bookkeeping. The Sunday invoicing and the 10pm quoting were my desk too.
When I moved into tech, the gap was hard to miss. The tools to take that work off an owner's plate exist. The know-how, and even the knowledge that it's possible, mostly don't. Now that AI can carry the judgment parts safely, closing that gap is the whole job. superhelpful is me closing it, from Sydney.
It's just me right now. When you email, I'm the one reading it.
